**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient coordination within the organization. This role involves managing records, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting team activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Management**:
- Oversee office operations, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
- Maintain and manage physical and digital records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- **Team Support**:
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Support HR in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Organize training sessions, meetings, and company events.
- **System & Process Optimization**:
- Manage and monitor tools for project management, scheduling, and tracking operations.
- Streamline existing administrative processes for improved efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, tools, and equipment.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on administrative tasks, team productivity, and operational milestones.
- **Technology & Notifications (Specific to PWA)**:
- Manage notification tools and dashboards for tracking user engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve notification management.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
