Triwave Solutions is currently seeking a experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (US IT Staffing) with HR operations expertise role to work from their India location.

Remote and/or WFH work options are available. Position available for immediate interview and internal hire.

**Job Requirements**:A guideline of duties but not limited to)
- Write job descriptions.
- Prepare job offer letters
- Schedule interviews and communicate with the client and consultants.
- Interact with department heads/supervisor to identify job openings and prepare job descriptions and requirements.
- Posting job openings on media and social media outlets.
- Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Extending job offers and arranging the relevant documents.
- Compiling reports on recruitment for the HR Department.
- Assist Talent Acquisition staff by gathering, processing, and maintaining new hire paperwork files to ensure compliance with MSH policy.
- Resume/JD formatting in MS Word.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Porur, Chennai - 600116, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT recruitment: 8 years (required)
- Staffing Sales/Industry: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
