**Business Technology** group helps companies define and execute their technology strategy by designing, building and operating their business intelligence (BI), cloud, data management, dashboard and analytics capabilities. Team members strategize, design and build custom IT solutions to improve our clients’ commercial effectiveness.

**ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL/BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY**

The Associate Principal will take ownership of one or more client engagements at a cross-office level encompassing the areas of business intelligence, analytics, information management, reporting and mobility; provide thought leadership in developing the firm’s services and offerings in the Business Technology space and add leverage to the overall leadership span for the aforementioned group in India.

The person in this role will be responsible for growing the capabilities in the Business Technology group by developing and managing the existing client relationships and also aid in generating new business engagements. This person will need to fully understand the company and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients by developing solutions and offerings relevant to that client base.

**Responsibilities**:
**Brief Role Description**:

- This role will have the responsibility to be the Lead Solution Architect for Digital Customer Experience solution area of ZS
- This role will have responsibility for developing and shaping our Digital CX capabilities including ZS’s own AI Personalization Engine Platform (ZAIDYN), leading a portfolio of large Digital Transformation Global programs with our clients, developing innovative Digital offerings, and cultivating strategic relationship with our client’s Business and IT Heads (including Head of Digital, Chief Digital Officers)
- Manage transformation programs and client relationships particularly in the area of AI Personalization Engines, Marketing Technology (SFMC, Adobe, CDP) and Operations, Content Transformation, Digital Field Engagement, and Digital Data Management & Analytics
- Play a lead role in shaping our client’s future state Digital Customer Engagement Solutions, Business and Technical Architecture and Program Design
- Participate in and drive Business Development activities as a Solution Architect. Lead Architecture discussions, Solutioning, Partnerships, Estimation, Deployment model, etc.
- Collaborate with internal ZS leaders across expertise centers, practice areas, regional and other leadership to advance objectives
- Playing the Lead Solution Architect role across ZS’s AI Personalization engine (ZAIDYN Customer Engagement) implementations and ensure best practices, scalable integration patterns, etc. are utilized across all such implementations
- Groom the next level of junior Architects to create leverage for himself
- Work with the Software Development Team to develop features that add to the stability, robustness of our Digital Solutions and bring operational efficiency to the implementation and ongoing operations
- Drive innovations, support new offering development and commercialization of capabilities tailored for US/EU / Global in the areas of Digital/AI/Marketing Technology
- Work in tandem with global counterparts to understand client feedback, implementation challenges, identification or risks and mitigation strategy
- Collaborate with other expertise teams - Architects, Validation/ testing, etc. to ensure best in class technology solution
- Assist Practice teams on building POV on new technology. Actively lead unstructured problem solving to design and build complex solutions, tune to meet expected performance and functional requirements
