We’re urgently hiring freshers with **fluent spoken/written English and Financial Markets understanding **as Investor Relations Associates (IRAs) to be the first PoC to customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring an impeccable customer journey from onboarding to navigating the products and the referral journey. You must precisely apprehend their needs and queries and cater to them in the best possible manner. You must be time efficient, fast-paced, and a quick learner.

**Qualifications**:

- The willingness to handle assorted client questions and issues related to investing (including asset information, market perspectives, regulations, delivery, etc.)
- Comfortable with high volumes of client interactions (e.g., WhatsApp chats, video/phone calls, large-audience chats)
- World-class written and communication skills, along with acute attention to details
- Proficiency with basic financial calculation in Microsoft Excel

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Escalate customer issues and help develop best practices for efficient customer engagement
- Assist with product operations, account onboarding, and technical troubleshooting
- Translate customer needs into recommendations for engineering - this is an opportunity to learn the ropes of product management and directly influence the Precize roadmap
- Assist in developing a marketing strategy through iterative customer feedback to increase revenue/sales and directly impact business

The role is an entirely **work-from-office position**.

Working hours are **9:30 am-6:30 pm **Mon.Sat. **(with 2nd and 4th Sat. monthly off)**.
