**Key Deliverables**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current investors, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- Develop and execute an investor engagement and retention strategy that includes investor communications, events, and meetings.
- Develop and manage investor materials, including presentations, newsletters, and other communications to keep investors informed about product updates, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze investor feedback, using this information to inform product development and improve customer experience.
- Manage investor onboarding.
- You will also be responsible for engaging and retaining them throughout their journey with BHIVE alts and complete operational ownership of BHIVE investors.
**Key Competencies and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Investor Relations/Banking, preferably within a real estate or investment company, not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and investment vehicles would be a plus.
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot and Zoho, is a plus.
