**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process **accounts payable and receivable** transactions accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and assist in **reconciliations**, **invoice tracking**, and **payment follow-ups**.
- Work with **various accounting and business software** tools; adapt quickly to new platforms as needed.
- Prepare basic financial reports as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Adhere strictly to timelines and ensure all assigned tasks are completed **within deadlines**.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- Prior experience in handling **accounts payable/receivable** is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent **written communication skills** in English.
- Ability to **multitask**, stay focused, and work independently during night hours.
- Must be **punctual**, proactive, and reliable.

**Work Hours**:

- **Night shift**: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekend support, if needed)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
