**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Revenue Management Support**:

- Assist in implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor room rates and availability across various distribution channels, including OTAs, and direct bookings.
- Support the Revenue Manager in adjusting pricing and inventory based on market trends and demand forecasts.

**2. Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Prepare reports on key revenue metrics such as occupancy rates, ADR, RevPAR, and booking pace.
- Use data analytics tools to generate insights that drive revenue growth.

**3. Inventory & Distribution Management**:

- Assist in managing room inventory across multiple booking channels to ensure optimal distribution.
- Ensure rate parity and accuracy across all online and offline platforms.
- Work closely with reservations and front office teams to implement revenue strategies effectively.

**4. Forecasting & Budgeting Support**:

- Help in preparing revenue forecasts and budget reports.
- Track and update performance against revenue targets and suggest corrective actions.
- Identify demand fluctuations and recommend strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

**5. Property On boarding & System Integration**:

- Assist in on boarding new properties into the revenue management system and distribution channels.
- Ensure accurate setup of room types, rates, availability, and policies across all platforms.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of new properties.
- Conduct training sessions for property staff on revenue management tools and best practices.

**6. Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align promotions and special offers with revenue strategies.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure optimal guest experience and revenue optimization.
- Assist in training front office and reservations staff on pricing policies and revenue management best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or related hospitality functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and Excel.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with OTAs and channel management tools.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
- Understanding of the property onboarding process and system integration.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
