**WHO ARE YOU**:
General Accountabilities:
The Associate is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of multiple companies' revenue carrier templates and related general ledgers, including the preparation of journal entries in accordance with GAAP.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Updating the client carrier templates for the below mentioned activities:

- Perform weekly reconciliations of carrier commission statements to bank transaction data.
- Prepare monthly carrier templates for carrier revenue recognition.
- Posting Revenue Entries and Cash Receipt entries in NetSuite on weekly and monthly basis.
- Preparation of monthly revenue reconciliations.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team in month close process.
- Responsible for reconciling accounting records and reporting including:

- Preparation and submission of various required reports including verifying, balancing, and reconciling various kinds of transactions and reports on weekly and monthly basis.
- Analysis and review of accounting transactions on weekly basis.
- Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents on weekly basis.
- Assists in supporting and maintaining a strong internal control environment within Zinnia, participate in internal control design and documentation related to internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) on yearly basis.
- Participates in development of changes to areas of responsibility that would enhance, improve, or facilitate job performance, processing, or workflow as and when needed.
- Willing to take additional tasks and duties assigned.

**Requirements**:

- BCom / M. Com
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of accounting systems required.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in relevant work preferred.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles & theories required.
- Willingness to participate in improvement projects.
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work collaboratively or independently as required.
- Good in communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
