**Job Title: Chat Support Executive - Gaming Products (USA Shift)**

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Chat Support Executive** to join our team, supporting customers of our gaming products. As a Chat Support Executive, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience via social media chat and other online platforms, assisting USA-based customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and support for our gaming products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt, professional, and accurate assistance to customers via social media chat and other online messaging platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Resolve product-related issues by understanding customer needs and delivering clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our gaming products to provide accurate and thorough answers to customer questions.
- Collaborate with other teams as needed to escalate issues or provide additional support.
- Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-ups.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Good communication skills** with a focus on written English.
- **Excellent English writing skills** with the ability to respond clearly and concisely to customer inquiries.
- **Customer-oriented** mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently, especially during USA night shifts.
- Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or a similar role is a plus, but not required.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Ability to work night shifts (USA time zone).
- Strong interest in gaming products and willingness to learn about new gaming releases.
