**Vendor/Supplier Identification and Evaluation**:

- Identify the needs as stated by our sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and suppliers in Material Handling, Industrial Tools & Supplies, Consumer Durable and Consumer Accessories industry.
- Evaluate vendors based on predefined criteria such as capabilities, capacity, quality standards, financial stability, and track record.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and align vendor selection accordingly.

**Vendor/Supplier Negotiation and Contracting**:

- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors, ensuring cost efficiency and value for the company.
- Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and enforce vendor compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and quality standards.

**Vendor/Supplier Performance Management**:

- Define and implement vendor performance metrics and KPIs to assess vendor performance regularly.
- Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews, addressing any issues or concerns, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service levels.

**Vendor/Supplier Risk Management**:

- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships, such as financial instability, quality issues, or disruptions in the supply chain.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, including contingency plans and alternative sourcing options.

**Market Analysis and Bench-marking**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to logistics, supply chain management, eCommerce and vendor management.
- Conduct bench-marking exercises to compare vendor performance, pricing, and service quality against industry standards.

**Collaboration and Cross-functional Support**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and finance teams, to understand their requirements and align vendor selection accordingly.
- Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding vendor-related matters, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

**Who You Are - Required Qualification**:

- Any Bachelors degree. Mechanical/production engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, or procurement within the E commerce or B2B Industrial Tools & Supplies, Consumer Durable and Consumer Accessories Industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce operations, vendor evaluation methodologies, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, software, and tools is preferred.
- Very good at MS office suite - especially MS Excel, MS Word and MS PPT. High proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good understanding of eCommerce marketplace/inventory model, GST, international trade regulations and import/export procedures.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
