Responsible for collecting quality leads and closely working with Sales team to achieve closure.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for lead generation & driving end-to-end sales.
- Actively bid on Upwork & find prospective leads on LinkedIn
- Proactively assesses,clarifies and validates clients need on an ongoing basis
- Responsible for Proposal writing, keeping follow ups & requirement gathering.
- Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
- Building a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
- Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.
- Flexible with the working hours and following up with clients as per their availability.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

**Requirements**:

- Should preferably be from a technical background(IT industry) with mininum 1 Year Experience.
- knowledge of popular technologies React.Js, Python, Node.Js, Angular.Js, Flutter, DevOps etc.
- Excellent communication and writing skills required.
- Good in handling international clients
- Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping Follow ups, requirement gathering, negotiations,communication link between the development team and the clients.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month + Sales Commission
