Wildship Enterprises (parent company of **Svastika**) is looking for a **Customer Support Executive** to join our growing team. Svastika is a brand that blends culture, spirituality, and style - and we need someone who can be the **voice of our customers** and handle their queries with care.
**Role: Customer Support Executive**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Solve issues related to products, orders, or delivery in a polite and clear way.
- Keep customer records updated in our system.
- Coordinate with teams like logistics and operations to solve customer problems.
- Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are solved.
- Share feedback and ideas to improve customer service.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi).
- Experience in customer support (e-commerce/D2C preferred but not compulsory).
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
- **Qualification**: Graduate preferred (Undergraduates can also apply).
**Work Details**:
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Work Timings**:
- Monday to Friday**:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM**:
- Saturday**:10:00 AM - 3:00 PM** (2 Saturdays half-day on-site, 2 Saturdays WFH)
