Coordinate marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness.
- Maintain and organize the marketing department’s digital assets and resources, including images, templates, and project files.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and track key metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, lead qualification, and CRM management.
- Generate sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
