**About the opportunity**:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator will be involved in developing and executing retail marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for managing in-store and print marketing, visual merchandising for the retail stores. Some key aspects in this role is completing successful campaigns from beginning to end, interacting with the sales team, design team and Head of Retail to analyze and track KPIs related to marketing and sales growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies, plans
and objectives for all stores to drive incremental sales.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing plans support key products and deliver
against shared business goals measured through KPIs.
- Work closely on a store by store basis to address specific marketing/promotional needs
- Handle communications with marketing partners/vendors locally in terms of ATL/BTL
events/activations, social media campaigns, branding assets, influencers, printing, etc. to
increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Propose, present and track a marketing budget for the year for all the stores.
- Help with the execution of brand unity in the retail industry, meaning that digital and physical
presence is interconnected and consistent across all retail stores and websites in order to
drive traffic to the stores
- Represent the brand wherever the job takes you

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least have 4-5 years of successful experience in a Marketing or a related

position. (Preferably from Retail Industry)
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
- Ability to build relationships with outside vendors.
- Must display a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly
- Must be highly efficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- BTL Activations: 2 years (required)
