**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Credit Card/Loan Sales Executive to join our team at RechargeZap. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and drive sales through outbound telecalling, focusing on promoting credit card and loan products to potential customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch and sell credit card and loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all leads and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1+ years in telecalling or sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly and convincingly.
- Target-oriented with a focus on achieving monthly sales goals.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
