**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting and understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
- Supporting in a range of financial/Insurance products over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
- Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
- Should be Confident & Dynamic
- Should have a bent towards Sales
- Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
- Good negotiation skills
- Quick understanding
- Good persuasion skill
- Team Player

- Quick learner, creative and achiever

- Ability to communicate effectively in English & Hindi language
