Copywriter

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
**1. Content Creation & Writing**:

- Develop content that resonates with the target audience, considering their awareness levels and sophistication.
- Create content for different stages of the customer journey, tailoring messages to each milestone (e.g., discovery, engagement, conversion).

**2. Customer Centric Messaging**:

- Understand and define the ideal customer and craft tailored messages that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Write content that speaks to Indian customers, understanding their preferences, behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates emotionally with the audience.

**3. Awareness Levels & Sophistication**:

- Adapt writing style based on the customer’s awareness of the product or service (e.g., unaware, problemaware, solutionaware).

**4. AIAssisted Writing**:

- Utilize AI writing tools as a support mechanism for content generation, while maintaining personal creativity and original thought.
- Be able to write and generate content independently with mínimal reliance on AI but use tools to enhance productivity when needed.

**5. Content Strategy & Planning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop content strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Contribute to the creation of campaign content that guides customers through their decisionmaking process, from awareness to action.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) while maintaining readability and engagement.

**6. Collaboration & Feedback**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, social media teams, and developers to ensure content complements visual elements and overall strategy.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve and refine content for maximum impact.

**7. Understanding Customer Journey**:

- Map out the customer journey and craft content for each stage, such as introductory awareness, product education, and final conversion.
- Write for different touchpoints, including blog posts, landing pages, and lead magnets, ensuring the journey is seamless and engaging.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent command over English and Hindi, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in copywriting, with the ability to write compelling, customercentric content.
- Strong understanding of awareness levels and how to craft messages for different stages of customer sophistication.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into compelling written content.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools for content generation and optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO and the ability to incorporate best practices into content.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in content strategy and planning for diverse platforms.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and how to craft content accordingly.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work with marketing and creative teams.

**Work Location**:
This is a **work from office position in Ahmedabad, Gujarat**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
