**About the role**:
Responsible for managing and monitoring the company's social media accounts. Increase the brand awareness by implementing various social media strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns by creating a social marketing calendar.
- Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
- Should be interested and passionate about interacting with customers and driving engagement through digital communication. To respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Generate comprehensive reports on overall brand’s sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback.
- Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry.

**Skill Sets/Qualification Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge of all social media channel’s features - Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, Linkedln, Facebook and Twitter.
