The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital trends, social media tools, and brand communication strategies. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals. - Manage daily posting, content planning, and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing and engaging content. - Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities. - Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. - Plan and manage social media campaigns, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups. - Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growth. - Suggest creative ideas and innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 13 years of proven experience in social media management. - Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and analytics tools. - Excellent communication and creative writing skills. - Ability to create, plan, and execute content calendars effectively. - Knowledge of paid promotions, influencer marketing, and social media trends. Proficiency in using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software is a plus.
