Position: Demand Generation Specialist

Exp - 6 Months to 1 Year

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads for our products/services, driving growth and revenue for the company. Your efforts will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and achieving our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target audiences and industries.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and engage with prospects.
- Create and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation to optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and lead generation tactics.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and lead tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the industry/market our company operates in is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,311.41 - ₹31,251.18 per month
