**KRA**

**1)** **School Relationship Management**

i) To manage and remain SPOC of all our K12 and Little Ones for the English Curriculum.

ii) All the observations of the specific division should be discussed and documented in consultation with your reporting head.

**2)** **Curriculum development**

i) To represent CO during the Parent Orientation, Launches etc.

**3)** **Trainings**

i) Conduct/support induction and refresher trainings for K12 schools & Little Ones

ii) Conduct/support special trainings to identified schools based on need /requirement

iii) Any other training as per requirement of the school/ CO

**4)** **Audit**

a) Conduct audit in schools and Little Ones as per Jaipuria standards.

b) Conduct special visits/surprise audits to identified schools based on need /requirement

c) Review audit documents including questionnaire, checklists, rubrics for rating.

d) Create comprehensive audit report for audits conducted independently

e) Communicate with the school principal/HM/teachers on a regular basis and provide all the academic support from CO keeping in your supervisor in loop.

**5)** **School Mentoring**

a) Ensure the smooth functioning of the schools by taking regular reports and providing suggestions/feedback/comments.

b) Help school plan events and special days

c) Take part in all internal academic team meets/identified conferences/selected external training and workshops and contribute towards self-growth along with school Improvement.

d) Review and give comments/feedback to relevant academic documents (as and when required)

**6)** **Improvement and Self Development**

a) Take part in all other initiatives organized by CO periodically

b) Be well versed with the conditions of NEP and NCF for Foundational years regarding the curriculum and assessments

**7)** **Collateral** **proof reading** **and** **development** **of Various** **Manuals**

a) Ensure that each of the collaterals of Pre-Primary should be proofread before sharing with the schools.

b) Developing and coordination of content for school parents newsletter etc

c) Pre-Primary Annual calendar planning on timely basis for Little One and K12 Schools.

d) Developing Pre-Primary Manuals for Teachers

e) In future, developing Audio Video contents of Pre-Primary.
