**Job Description: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Primary Education**

Job Nature: Offline Content Development (Office-Based)

Location: Noida (Work from Office Only)

Grade Levels: 1st to 10th Standard

Subjects: Mathematics, English, Hindi

We are looking for Subject Matter Experts to develop foundational educational content for Grades 1-10, delivered exclusively through offline channels.

**Who You Are**:

- Excellent problem-solver with exceptional written/spoken fluency in **English, Hindi.**.
- Deep conceptual mastery of **Mathematics, English, and Hindi** for young learners (Grades 1-10).
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt content to diverse learning styles.
- Demonstrated resilience and commitment (mínimal job-hopping; history of scaling educational initiatives).

**Requirements**:
**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Minimum **1-3 years** in **primary curriculum development** (Grades 1-10) for Math, English, or Hindi.
- Expertise in creating **multilingual content** (English/Hindi) for foundational education.
- Data-driven approach: Analyze learning gaps and optimize content efficacy.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision; solve pedagogical challenges creatively.
- Thrive in dynamic environments while managing multiple content pipelines.
- Excellent articulation skills for teacher training workshops.

**Non-Negotiables**:

- **Work Mode**: Strictly office-based (Noida).
- **Languages**: Fluency in**, Hindi, English** (writing/verbal).
- **Subject Proficiency**: Math, English, and Hindi (Grades 1-10).

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
