- Greet and welcome guests warmly and courteously.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff.
- Ensure accurate order taking and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote special dishes and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a Service Captain or similar role.
- Knowledge of Mughlai cuisine preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
