Organizing Birthday parties, Betrothals, or Anniversaries can become overwhelming, especially with the halls and food arrangement part. This module from Food Engine takes care of this difficult part by offering a no-compromise solution to people in need. The halls, as well as the dining options, can be reserved well in advance. Banquets and ODCs (Out Door Catering) are both served by this module (Banquet booking software).

**Banquet**

For bookings, the banquet management software collects a wealth of details, including:

- Details about the customer, such as their name, phone number, and address;
- Details of the hall, such as the type of session, the type of function, the type of seating, and the number of guests;
- Details on the food, such as the menu, the diet type, and the number of packs;
- Details of bill, such as the hall price, the discount offered, the advance payment received, and the pending payment.

The menu is personalized to the guests' preferences, and the system allows caterers (administrators) to differentiate pricing for different types of guests. Projectors and decorations are included under the Special Instructions tab.

**ODC (Out Door Catering)**

The Food Calculator in the Out Door Catering module is used for catering management. This module helps to compute the required amount of food based on the event data. The Food Calculator is extremely useful in eliminating food waste, which is a major issue among event planners. A Recipe Planning tool is also included to ensure that the components are prepared according to the order. The menu includes a large number of options and is tailored to the occasions.

The system generates invoices at several stages, including Advance receipts for Advance payments, Functional Prospectus for full event data, and Checkout receipts for End payments.
