**Sales Assistant - B2B Sales**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Support**:
- Assist in identifying potential business clients and maintaining a database of prospects.
- Address basic client inquiries and redirect complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- **Sales Coordination**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Ensure timely processing of orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Track and update the progress of deals in the CRM system.
- **Report Generation & Follow-Up**:
- Generate regular reports on leads, sales performance, and client engagement metrics.
- Create follow-up reports to monitor the status of prospects and ensure timely actions.
- Analyze data from reports to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the B2B space.
- Analyze customer needs and provide insights to help the team tailor sales strategies.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, product demos, and client visits.
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in B2B sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software or tools.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
**Shift Time: 9pm - 6am (US SHIFT)**
