**Job Title: Fashion Sales Assistant**

**Experience: 2- 4 years**

**Location: Santacruz**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, styling advice, and assistance with outfit coordination.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and courteously.
- **Sales Generation**:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend products and upsell complementary items to increase sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends, collections, and brands.
- Familiarize yourself with product features, materials, and care instructions.
- Assist with merchandising and visual displays to showcase products effectively.
- **Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- **Transaction Processing**:

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve the shopping experience.
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
