**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, supervise, and manage teams comprising blue-collar workers, technicians, and warehouse staff.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and logistics activities.
- Strategically plan and allocate manpower according to workload and operational demands.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and maintain compliance standards.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including loading, unloading, inventory movement, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
- Address operational challenges on-site, resolve grievances, and promote positive team morale.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on productivity, attendance, and overall operations.
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and controlling operational costs.

**Requirements**:

- 2 + years of experience in operations, preferably within logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
- Preferred age range: 30 to 40 years.
- Proven experience managing large blue-collar teams and warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Practical, hands-on management style with the ability to work alongside the team on the ground.

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or facility management sectors.
