**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in IT products and hardware.
- Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable IT products and hardware solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, demonstrations, and product proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage the sales pipeline, report progress, and forecast future sales.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Proven experience (2 years) in IT product sales and hardware sales.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, hardware products, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn new products.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
