**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers in **Marathi**:

- Clearly communicate service information and gather customer feedback
- Accurately update call outcomes in the system
- Meet daily calling targets and maintain call quality standards
- Follow scripts and training guidelines provided by the team
- Proficiency in **Marathi** (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of **Hindi or English** is a plus
- Own a **Personal Computer or Laptop**:

- **Broadband Internet Connection** (minimum speed: 80-100 Mbps)
- **USB Headset/Headphones** for clear communication
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service will be an advantage
