We are seeking a Front-End Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves client communication, follow-ups, coordination, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for inquiries and follow-ups.

Handle incoming client calls and provide prompt, professional responses.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement.

Update and maintain client records in the company database.

Coordinate with the operations and design teams to relay client requirements.

Share service details, quotations, and project updates with clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by being approachable and reliable.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing).

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).

Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or client coordination is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
