We at Kathuria Visa Consultants Hiring for Receptionist cum Customer Service Representative, In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to visitors, clients, and customers, as well as handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally,
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling, rescheduling, and sending reminders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay important messages or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain clear and concise records of customer
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

**Qualifications/ Required Skills**:

- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Smart ,Polite Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while handling challenging situations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
