**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk & Member Services Executive to be the face of our facility. You will manage the reception area, deliver exceptional member service, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure a professional, welcoming environment at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. _**Member Interactions & Check-In**_

Warmly greet members and guests, making them feel valued.

Handle check-ins, verify memberships, and issue guest passes or membership cards.

2._**Membership Sales & Management**_

Facilitate new sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.

Explain membership plans, promotions, and benefits clearly and persuasively.

Meet or exceed monthly sales/conversion targets.

3. _**Scheduling & Coordination**_

Book and confirm personal training sessions and group classes.

Maintain and update appointment calendars.

Coordinate with trainers and instructors to ensure smooth scheduling.

4. _**Communication & Inquiries**_

Provide accurate information about services, classes, and facilities.

5. _**Administrative Duties**_

Maintain and update member records accurately.

Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash handling/reconciliation.

Keep front desk paperwork organized and ensure the reception area remains neat and presentable.

6. _**Customer Service & Issue Resolution**_

Handle complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.

Escalate complex issues to management.

Actively seek member feedback to improve service quality.

7. _**Facility Support & Safety**_

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and gym policies.

Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Manage lost & found items responsibly.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**_**: Minimum 1-2 years in sales or customer service (preferably in hospitality, or front desk roles).
- **Languages**_**: Proficiency in Hindi and English (both spoken & written).
- **Skills**_: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- **Personality**_: Warm, approachable, energetic, and professional at all times.
- **Work Mode**_: On-site only - this role cannot be performed remotely.

**Compensation**: Rs.12,000 / - to Rs. 18,000 /
