- Are you the one we are looking for_
- The role requires very close co-ordination with Sales teams, Product teams, Field support team, IT teams, vendors / suppliers, and transporter / freight forwarder to enable revenue maximization for the organization._
- We will prefer people with some analytical skills who are able to understand the process and follow the same rigorously._
- Responsilbilties_
- 1. Responsible for preparation & reporting of KPI/SLA data_
- 3. Own customer / third party relationship and governance to drive surprise free operation and revenue maximization._
- 4. Resolve process issues by co-ordination internally (with stakeholders) and externally with relevant parties._
- 5. Perform following activities as part of individual contributor role;_
- a. Building a relation with clients and sales representatives and becoming a point-of-contact for Customer / Sales inquiries_
- c. Capture details from customers and sometimes service technicians for accurate invoicing (including CN / DN notes) and ensure to have complete the billing / invoicing timely as per the contractual agreements_
- d. Ensure resolution to customer requests for any queries on Contracts / order status and billing/invoicing corrections_
- e. Follow-up on pending items with Logistics / Supply chain team for order delivery status_
- f. Periodical and ad-hoc Report preparation for internal (sales, Business Controllers, etc.) and external (Customers)_
- g. Archival of the right set of documents for audit and compliance purposes_
- h. Capturing information from logistics partners and advising customers regarding availability and deliveries_
- i. Offering resolutions for internal updating requests: credit/ debit notes, reimbursements, rebates, etc._
- j. Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders (PO) and system information;_
- k. Presenting with the warehouse and forwarders and efficiently lead the delivery process to ensure return of goods to the final recipient_
- l. Preparing the relevant documents for the orders - Export documents (LoC, etc.), Pro forma invoices, customs documents, etc. and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order delivery_
- m. Accurate categorization of customer issues in the system and corresponding responses on ERP systems for various disputes arising from customers in terms of damaged goods, shipment delayed, etc._

- _SAP ERP experience_
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Diploma / Post Graduation in business studies_
- Skills:_
- _Proven experience in Sales support - Quote to Cash, Contract Management, Sales Administration, Customer dispute management and handling, Master data management & Reporting and Analysis in manufacturing industry, preferably medical devices industry._
- _Well versed with team management, partner management and dispute resolution._
- _Excellent interpersonal skills (English + Local Language) - written and oral_
- _Experience in driving process transformation / continuous improvement projects for customers._
- _Strong in Sales operation and Order Management fundamentals to drive improvement._
- _Should be Instrumental in Conflict Management Internal & External._
- _Any past transition experience (transfer of work to GBS environment) will be added advantage._
