Oracle R12 EBS SCM Functional Consultant - JD for Holography Key Responsibilities - Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EBS R12.2.x Supply Chain Management modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Shipping and Quality. Business Process Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and define business requirements. Design solutions using Oracle SCM best practices. Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements and is stable in the production environment. End-User Training : Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for Oracle SCM modules. Troubleshooting & Support : Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle SCM issues, ensuring timely resolution. System Upgrades: Participate in Oracle EBS R12 upgrades and patches for SCM modules to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed documentation, including functional and technical specifications, and provide status updates to project management. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x in the Supply Chain Management domain. Strong experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, shipping, Advanced Pricing, and Manufacturing ( WIP, BOM, Costing) , Quality. Experience in integrating Oracle EBS with third-party systems and external databases. Should be able to handle technical support and guide technical team for development. Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into functional specifications. Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work with cross - functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
