- Providing Functional support in the above areas of Oracle Applications
- At least 4+ years plus experience of Oracle EBS
- Assessing and delivering new functional developments for users
- Resolution of incidents/problems for the client
- Assessing and delivering new functional developments for user
- Creating/updating functional specifications and testing of fixes and enhancements
- Coordinate with team to close the user requests on time and within SLA
- Impart training to the team to build competencies and reduce gaps
- Work and communicate with user on the status and issue seamlessly
