- Conduct instructor-led or online training sessions on software testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, LoadRunner, TestNG, Postman, and others as required.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, practical exercises, case studies, and assessments tailored to the target audience.
- Guide learners in hands-on practice sessions to ensure a deep understanding of testing tools and frameworks.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in software testing and incorporate them into training programs.
- Evaluate learners through assignments, projects, and quizzes, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Maintain training records, track participant progress, and generate reports as needed for organizational purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in software testing.
- Proven experience in using and training with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Postman, Jenkins, and similar.
- Proficiency in test automation, functional testing, performance testing, and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in delivering technical training, workshops, or seminars.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varied technical backgrounds.
- ISTQB, Certified Selenium Professional, or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Passion for knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
- Adaptable to different training methods and participant needs.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
