**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes as per standard recipes and guidelines.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in all daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards rigorously.
- Properly store and label ingredients and prepared food.
- Ensure ingredients are prepared (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meats) according to kitchen needs.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing kitchen deliveries.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve culinary skills and knowledge of Chinese cuisine.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (preferably Chinese cuisine).
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a team and take direction well.
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
