Job Requirements

*This individual is to be expert in setting up the Machining Centre's(both HMC & VMC) & Turning Centre's up to 5 Axis.

*Should be a Expert in MASTERCAM Software, Perform Validations.

*He Will be Responsible to evaluate, develop & Improve efficiency of the manufacturing processes by Studying, Analyzing and Planning the work flow

Duties & Qualifications

1)Hands on experience in Producing Machined parts by setting up and operating Machining Centers (up to Five axis) & Turning Centers with different machine controls like Fanuc, Siemens, heidenhain control etc. Working Experience with versatile material from plastic up to Inconel/Titanium is preferred.

2)At least 5 Years Working Experience in MASTER CAM both Turning, Milling & 5 axis Modules.

3)Capable of planning & understanding the different machining processes like Turning, Milling for any given Component.

4)Experience with Aerospace & Medical Components is an added advantage.

5)He should be a Self Driven individual to analyze and handle the problems occur during production. Also

Accountable for producing Quality parts & Meeting efficiencies within the machines.

6)He should Maintain Professional attitude, High Quality & Safety standards in the shop Activities.

7) He Should be above average in English. Because he has to understand and communicate if needed.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MASTERCAM: 5 years (preferred)
- Programming: 5 years (preferred)
