We are a fast-growing team committed to quality, innovation, and hands-on learning. Role Description We are looking for a VMC Programmer cum Setter to join our machining operations team. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will be responsible for both programming and setting up Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) for precision part production. Key Responsibilities Create VMC programs using CAM software and manual G-code Set up and calibrate tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines Interpret and work from technical drawings and CAD models Perform trial runs and adjust parameters to ensure accuracy and finish Inspect machined parts using standard measurement tools Identify and resolve issues related to machining or programming Maintain machine logs and ensure adherence to production schedules Qualifications ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in VMC programming and setting Familiarity with CAM software such as Mastercam or NX CAM. Understanding of GD&T, tooling, and machining best practices Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
