**Job Overview**:
Location: Khar west

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management & Strategy**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and followers across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Curate and schedule posts, stories, and other content across social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- **Content Creation & Design**:

- Create original content such as social media posts, banners, promotional graphics, and other marketing materials that are visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and design materials.
- **Campaign & Performance Reporting**:

- Assist with creating and executing social media campaigns, including paid and organic initiatives.
- Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements for better results.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between social media strategies and overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other brands to co-create content and expand reach.
- **Stay Updated with Design Trends**:

- Keep up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and new tools or software that can enhance design and social media strategies.
- Ensure all designs are fresh, creative, and on-brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) managing social media accounts and creating engaging graphic content.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience in content creation, visual storytelling, and video editing (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Basic understanding of social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
