We are looking for a passionate and dynamic **Career Growth Counsellor** to join our team. As a Career Growth Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring professionals in making informed career decisions, helping them navigate the evolving world of tech. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping individuals align their career aspirations with the right educational and professional paths.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Career Counselling**: Engage with prospective students and working professionals, offering career guidance on tech-related fields such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and emerging trends in the tech industry.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Assist in the enrollment process by following up with prospects, explaining program benefits, and driving conversions. Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to promote Itvedant's programs.
- **Mentorship**: Act as a mentor and career advisor, providing insights on industry trends and guiding professionals toward career growth and new opportunities in the tech world.
- **Target-Oriented**: Drive daily outcomes by meeting enrollment and engagement targets, maintaining a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction.
- **Market Insights**: Stay updated on tech trends and help professionals understand the impact of upskilling on their career trajectories.
- **Communication**: Conduct detailed conversations with individuals of all ages, delivering career advice with a high level of fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
- **Represent Itvedant**: Uphold and represent Itvedant’s mission to deliver impactful education across India and beyond.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-5 years in Career Counselling, Sales, Business Development, or IT Services.
- **Tech Knowledge**: Basic understanding of Data Science, AI, and emerging tech trends is preferred.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage diverse age groups.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored advice.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining a positive approach.
- **Education**: A degree in any stream is preferred but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
