Brainwonders has tied up with a very reputed and the largest School chain in the country and we are looking at **7 Counsellors for the city of Mumbai.**

**The area would be PAN INDIA**

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the calendar timeline & conduct counselling sessions
- Visit 3-4 schools as per the requirement for counselling purpose.
- Implement the various Brainwonders services in the Schools
- One on one
- pre and post counselling session with Parents
- Design and hold presentations,workshops, seminars and webinars for group administration to showcase the benefits of Brainwonders Counselling services.
- Be well-versed with Brainwonders biometric, psychometric and counselling services.
- Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students' academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure proper deliverance of Brainwonders services in the calender
- Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders services implementation
- Conducting counseling sessions for the clients utilizing the diverse assessments and services offered by Brainwonders.
- Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance
- Suggest, design, and undertake various aspects of research projects
- Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages

Preferred Qualifications & Skill **Requirements**:

- Master's/Ph.D. in Psychology or related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience working in education or a related field
- Strong understanding of Brainwonders services and implementation

Salary : ₹ 4,00,000/- to 6,00,000/- per year
