**Role Overview**

Your mission is simple**:book qualified meetings** with e-commerce brand owners.
You’ll research leads, craft personalized messages, and build scalable systems to consistently fill our sales calendar.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Prospect Research**: Identify high-potential e-commerce brands (D2C, Shopify, etc.) using LinkedIn, Apollo, Instagram, and Crunchbase.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain daily consistency with intelligent follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
- **Data Management**: Update lead tracking sheets, monitor open/reply rates, and optimize campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the founder and marketing team to refine targeting, offers, and messaging.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in cold outreach or lead generation for marketing or SaaS agencies.
- Fluent written English — must be able to write natural, founder-style messages.
- Understanding of tools like Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot/Notion CRM, and Google Sheets.
- Hungry, disciplined, and okay with rejection. You’ll get ignored 90% of the time — and still keep going.
