**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Age Limit**: Below 38 Years
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry / Any Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
**Job Summary**:
Responsible for driving B2B sales across the Vidarbha region through consistent client visits, relationship management, and business development activities. The role requires frequent travel (15-20 days per month) to meet clients, distributors, and dealers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in the assigned territory.
- Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and market intelligence.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
- Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (industrial or manufacturing preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month across Vidarbha.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
