The Spare Parts Executive is responsible for managing the inventory, sales, and distribution of spare parts to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring stock levels, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery of spare parts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts to meet demand without overstocking.
- Monitor inventory and reorder parts as needed to prevent shortages.
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments and update records accordingly.

**Sales & Customer Service**:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts.
- Provide price quotations, process orders, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to spare parts.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory, sales, and purchases.
- Generate reports on stock movement, sales performance, and supplier activities.

**Quality & Compliance**:

- Ensure all spare parts meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Follow company policies and industry best practices for spare parts management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Any degree, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in spare parts management.
- Strong knowledge of automotive, machinery, or industrial spare parts (depending on the industry).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
