Tele Caller Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, follow up on leads, and support the sales and marketing team in achieving targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer handling.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and forward them to the sales team.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain proper call records.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries courteously.
• Support marketing campaigns through telecommunication.
• Maintain a database of customers and update daily call reports.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any degree.
• Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
• Pleasant voice and confident telephone manners.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
• Local candidates are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
