**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our trucking insurance agency. The CSR will serve as a primary point of contact for our commercial trucking clients, assisting with policy inquiries, certificates of insurance, renewals, endorsements, and claims support. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:1-2 years of experience** in insurance customer service, preferably in **commercial or trucking insurance**.
- Answer client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, policy status, and claims processes.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) promptly and accurately.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist with new business onboarding and documentation.
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy information, coverage options, and claims follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date client records in agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, Applied, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to commercial transportation insurance.
- Support agents and producers with administrative tasks as needed.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
