**Job Details**:

- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (US Shift, Night Shift)
- **Location**: On-site, Sector 118, Mohali
- **Role Type**: Full-time, Permanent
- **Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month
- **Additional Compensation**: Commission pay, performance bonus, yearly bonus

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential customers to generate interest in our insurance programs and build a pipeline of prospective leads
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their potential as a prospective client
- Help customers understand insurance policies, coverage options, and terms
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
- **Documentation and reporting**:

- Maintain customer records in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, claim status, and policy updates.
- **Compliance and regulatory adherence**:

- Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and state-specific insurance requirements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: A high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:Freshers are preferred,** and also those with experience in the trucking industry and related customer service are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

This role involves working with insurance products in Us Trucking Insurance. It requires both strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a customer-focused sales environment.
