**JOB DESCRIPTION : Insurance Sales Agent**

**Commercial Pro Shield Insurance **is expanding its team and is seeking a skilled **Transportation Commercial Lines Account Manager**. This role is focused on managing Trucking and Transportation insurance accounts, providing top-tier client service, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and risk management solutions. _As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with various team members to design and deliver the best P&C coverage for clients while maintaining exceptional service standards. _

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Support**:

- Maintain accurate client records and provide day-to-day client support for intermediate-level inquiries.
- Foster strong relationships with insurance carrier personnel, ensuring that carrier goals and objectives are met to enhance business partnerships.
- **Account Management**:

- Keep client files up to date, ensuring compliance with company procedures and contributing to positive audit results.
- Ensure the accuracy of client information for new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits. Timely entry of these transactions to generate billing invoices.
- Review premium audits following agency guidelines to ensure timely processing.
- Monitor accounts receivable reports for assigned accounts, contributing to client retention efforts.
- **Insurance Expertise**:

- Utilize your technical knowledge to secure timely quotes from carriers, reviewing for gaps and assisting with any inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing industry training to stay current with technical knowledge and best practices.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and client needs.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of relevant experience and/or training preferred
- **Property & Casualty License (P&C)** required
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, particularly for trucking and transportation accounts
- Proficient in client service via electronic, phone, and in-person communication
- Excellent problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agency Management Software (EPIC preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and presentation software

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Monthly Salary: 30k -50k**
