**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, entertainment, and equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, budgets, and preferences.
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and financial guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
- Develop and manage event marketing materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional content.
- Oversee on-site event management, ensuring everything runs according to plan and addressing any issues that arise.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, and correspondence.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of min 2 years as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
